Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings issued by the first respondent in favour of the third respondent recognizing the third respondent as the owner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, he must move the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dindigul, in this regard to get relief.
