Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government counsel appearing for the first respondent.
2. All that the petitioner seeks is disposal of Revision petition dated 14.11.2014 pending before the first respondent.
3. It is seen that the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.C3/17097/2014 is pending for the past so many years. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice. It is open to the first respondent to pass orders in one way or the other.

5. The Writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
