ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.41 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The petitioner's earlier petition for anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court on 21.02.2020 in the following terms; "3.The prosecution case is that the accused have indulged in job racketing. The victim is the defacto complainant. He is said to have passed on a sum of Rs.8,50,000/-. The transaction though was essentially between A1 and the defacto complainant, still as per the confession of A1, it is seen that it is because of the assurance given by the petitioner, the crime came to be perpetuated. CRL OP(MD). No.4754 of 2020 petitioner is said to have claimed that he is Personal Assistant to the Hon'ble Chief Minister himself.

4.Since the allegations are serious, I am of the view that the custodial interrogation is necessary. Hence, I am not inclined to grant relief. This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed." 4.There is no change in circumstances. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
