This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the case pending against the petitioner in J.S.No.66 of 2015 on the file of Juvenile Justice Board, Sivagangai to the file of the Juvenile Justice Board, Pudukkottai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent. 3.It is stated that the minor petitioner is residing along with her grandmother at Thanjavur District. why the case in Sivagangai District should be transferred to Pudukkotti District. Therefore, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
