This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to issue free house site Patta to others pertaining to the petitioner's mother's property in S.No.84/14 [Patta No.226], situated at Ladanenthal Main Road, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District.

W.P.(MD)No.5481 of 2020 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.C.M.Mari Chelliah Prabhu, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that as on today there is no such proposal to issue free house site Patta in respect of the property in S.No.84/14 [Patta No.226]. 3.Recording the abovesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
