This petition has been filed for transferring S.C.No.173 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Virudhunagar to Sessions Court at Madurai.

2.The petitioner is figuring as L.W.4. It is seen that the trial in this case has already commenced. P.W.1 appears to have turned hostile. That is the reason for filing this petition. If the petitioner apprehends any life threat, it is always open to the petitioner to move the first respondent and the first respondent is obliged to give suitable witness protection. There are no allegations whatsoever against the Court. No ground has been made out for granting the relief sought for. 3.This criminal original petition stands dismissed.
