ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking to call for the records relating to the case in M.C.No.1 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Thoothukudi and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the appearance of the petitioner may be dispensed with until and unless the same is required. 4.Considering the said submission, the appearance of the petitioner before the lower Court is dispensed with. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthram is directed to dispose of the petition in M.C.No.14 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
