PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents Police to trace out the detenue, the petitioner's minor daughter, namely, Pavithra, daughter of Murugan, aged 17 years and 9 months and to produce the person or body of the detenue before this Court and hand over her custody to the petitioner. 1/4

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed for production of the petitioner's minor daughter, namely, Pavithra, daughter of Murugan, aged about 17 years and 9 months.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents has submitted that the respondent Police has secured the detenue, who has also been produced before this Court.
3.We enquired with the detenue. Since she is minor as her date of birth is 30.05.2005, she wants to go with her mother, who is also present before this Court.

4.Recording the submission of the detenue, we allow the girl to go with her mother and in view of the afore stated, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
