This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to register a case for an alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 323, 406 and 506(ii) of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Women Harassment Act, on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 30.10.2017.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.12 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 498(A), 406 and Section 4 of the Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002 of IPC, on 23.11.2017.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
