Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner challenges the impugned show cause notice issued by the Inspector of Panchayats primarily on the ground that the enquiry report referred to the show cause notice has not been furnished to him. The first respondent is directed to serve a copy of the enquiry report referred to in Paragraph No.2 of the impugned show cause notice as expeditiously as possible. After receipt of the said enquiry report, the petitioner is given two more weeks to offer her reply. Since the petitioner's grievances have been addressed, there is no need to interfere with the impugned show cause notice. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 03.03.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No MGA 2/4
