This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 19.07.2017, lodged before the 2nd respondent herein.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.
