ORDER

The petitioner is the complainant in C.C.No.165 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramanathapuram. The petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the said complaint. 2.Considering the nature of relief to be granted in this petition, there is no need to issue notice to the respondents herein. 3.Taking note of the long pendency of the complaint, the learned trial Magistrate is directed to dispose of the complaint on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This criminal original petition is allowed on these terms.
