This Criminal Appeal has been filed by the accused in Spl.C.C.No.99 of 2020, on the file of the Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Tirunelveli, challenging the Judgment passed by the trial Court, in Spl.CC.No.99 of 2020, dated 27.11.2024. 2.Today(19.03.2025), when this Criminal Appeal is taken up for hearing, it is reported that this appellant died. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has also confirmed the same.
