: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the detenue, petitioner's son, namely, Sivaraja, S/o.Jeyamani, aged about 29 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus,directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the detenue, petitioner's son, namely, Sivaraja, S/o.Jeyamani, aged about 29 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. The detenu is present in Court, so also the petitioner herein. The detenu informs that he left the parental home and went to Chennai in search of a job and he is employed in a company, known as "Santro Tractor Company" at Chennai. He further informs that he has been in employment only for the past two months and thus, he would visit his mother, the petitioner herein, later. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the above statement made by the detenu and informing the above position to the petitioner, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
