ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's compliant dated 25.09.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that after completing the enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.413 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 294(b), 427, 506(i) of IPC., on 27.11.2017. 4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
