This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Inspector of Police, Oddanchatram Police Station, Oddanchatram, the third respondent herein to not to harass the petitioners herein demanding them to pay money to the de-facto complainant or to give property.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), a case has been registered in Crime No.405 of 2018, on 26.06.2018, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 506(i) and 420 IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003 and he has also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
