O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, in Crl.M.P.No.1220 of 2022, dated 11.03.2022 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent Police daily at 05.00 pm until further orders.

2. It is evident from the records that the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, in Crl.M.P.No.1220 of 2022, dated 11.03.2022 has granted bail with the above conditions. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioners have filed the present petition, seeking modification of the condition.

CRL OP(MD). No.5755 of 2022 3.Considering facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of the offence alleged, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, and the petitioners are directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Cholavanthan Police Station, daily at 05.00 pm until further orders and the other conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, shall remain unaltered.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
