O R D E R

The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the third respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that a complaint had been registered against the petitioner from the fourth respondent alleging acts of forgery. The petitioner is said to have fabricated the documents and alienated the property based on the same. This allegation is however denied by the petitioner. 3.Taking note of all these aspects, the following directions are issued:- (i) If the third respondent wants to summons the petitioner, the third respondent will issue summons in writing.

(ii) if the third respondent registers any FIR against the petitioner, the third respondent will notify https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.4667 of 2020 the petitioner about the same so that the petitioner will have breathing time to move the Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.

4.With these directions, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
