ORDER: The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 406, 420, 417, 467, 468, 471, 102, 506(2), 109 and 34 of IPC, in Crime No.591 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the documents, ie., power of attorney deed and sale deed were marked as Ex.P1 to Ex.P5 in a civil case. But the documents which were in the custody of the Court were illegally taken away to the Sub Registrar Office, where a sale deed was executed on 24.04.2024. Hence, the apprehension of arrest. Hence, a case has been registered as against the petitioners.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and they have not committed any offence. He seeks this Court to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the 1st petitioner / A4 was arrested and released on 2/5

bail and the other accused were also arrested and released on bail. Further, the investigation is pending.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court has already granted interim anticipatory bail to the 1st petitioner till 13.10.2025 and has dismissed the petition as far as the 2nd petitioner is concerned. 6.The contention of the 1st petitioner is that the 1st petitioner is an Advocate and further, the 1st petitioner is undergoing dialysis. 7.Considering the health condition of the 1st petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the 1st petitioner with certain conditions. 8.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the 1st petitioner has already executed bond and sureties and submitted the same before the Trial Court, based on the earlier order, dated 02.09.2025. Further, the 1st petitioner is complying with the conditions stated in the earlier order, dated 02.09.2025.

9.Therefore, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the 1st 3/5

petitioner. Hence, the earlier order, dated 02.09.2025, is made absolute. The sureties already submitted before the Trial Court shall hold good. 10.The 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
