The petitioner complains that during UDR, certain errors have been committed in respect of the Survey No.270/1A, Ambalakkarampatti Village, Melur Taluk, covered in Patta No.778. 2.The District Revenue Officer who is competent to rectify the UDR error, has not been made as a party. In fact, no petition has been given to him so far. Therefore, I am not able to give any relief in this writ petition. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to move the District Revenue Officer, Madurai for rectifying the UDR mistake pointed out by the writ petitioner.
