ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct second respondent to register the FIR in the Petitioner's Complaint dated on 10/02/2022 based on the order passed by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam in Cr.M.P.No.533/2022 dated on 10/3/2022.

2. The petitioner originally lodged complaint before the second respondent and the same has not been registered, therfore the petitioner was constrained to filed a petition in Cr.M.P.No. 533 of 2022 under Section 156(3) before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam by an order dated 10.03.2022 had directed the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint and register the First Information Report and then to investigate, however the second respondent did not even register the same till today.

3. In view of the above the second respondent is directed to register the First Information Report as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam in Cr.M.P.No. 533 of 2022 by an order dated 10.03.2022 forthwith.
