ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 and A4, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b) and 323 of IPC in Crime No.37 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.It is seen from the records that the FIR came to be registered for the offences under Section 147, 294(b) and 323 of IPC, which are bailable offence. Hence, the question of granting anticipatory bail does not arise.

3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
