ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.135 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 324, 307 and 302 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused was catching fish in the pond belonging to the HR&CE Department and when it was questioned by the de-facto complainant, the petitioner attacked him with aruval and also one Yogalakshmi and caused her death. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the defacto complainant's wife was running an unregistered finance company and she had misunderstanding with her debtors and moreover, the occurrence had taken place at 8.00 p.m on 21.09.2015, when there was no light available in the scene of occurrence. He further submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence.
4.Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner was engaged in eve-teasing and also he was catching fish in a pond when it questioned by the de-facto complainant and the deceased, he attacked them with aruval. He further submitted that the petitioner had no bad antecedent and major part of the investigation is over.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai and on further condition the the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice i.e., at 10.00 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., until further orders. sd/- 03/06/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
