RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant a further time of 2 weeks to comply the order dated 01/02/2018 passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.1579/2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1579 of 2018, dated 01.02.2018.

2.This Court, by order dated 01.02.2018 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 1579 of 2018, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioner did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, he has approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to the poverty condition of the petitioner, he could not produce the sureties within the time prescribed by this Court and hence, he prays for extension of time.
