Prayer : Originally H.M.O.P.No.151 of 2019 was filed under section 13(1)(i-a)&(i-b) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, before the Family Court, Karur praying to pass a decree in favour of the petitioner dissolving the marriage held on 22.02.2007 between the petitioner and respondent at Master Mahal, Madurai. As per order dated 07.01.2021 passed in TR CMP(MD).No.44 of 2020, H.M.O.P.No.151 of 2019 was withdraw from the file of the Family Court, Karur and taken on file by this Court and renumbered as Civil Miscellaneous Petition (MD).No.2847 of 2021.

Decree:

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for hearing on Thursday, the Seventh day of January, Two Thousand and Twenty One, upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mrs.M.Maria Vinola, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.Gandhi, Advocate for the respondent and considering the Memorandum of Compromise dated 21.12.2020 filed by both parties along with their counsel, this court on Thursday, the Seventh day of January, Two Thousand and Twenty One, doth Order and Decree as follows:- 1 That in view of the Memorandum of Compromise dated 21.12.2020 filed by both parties along with their counsel, the marriage solemnized the petitioner and the respondent on 22.02.2007 at Master Mahal, Madurai be and hereby is dissolved and; https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
