This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to register the case on basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.10.2017 and investigate the case accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.516 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 294 (b), 447, 427 and 506 (ii) of IPC and r/w 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002, on 04.12.2017.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
