This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the enquiry on the complaint given by the defacto complainant will be completed within a period of two weeks. He further submitted that there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police, except,in accordance with law.
