O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.81 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent and transfer the same to some other investigating agency having competent to investigate the case in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.Today, when the case was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the dispute among the parties has been settled on 29.04.2015 before the Lok Adalat by entering the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

compromise memo in the Civil Court. Therefore, the complaint has been closed. He has also produced a copy of the Closure Report before this Court.

4.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
