This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking to call for the records relating to the charge sheet in P.R.C.No. 86 of 2014 on the file of the Learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Manamadurai and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The case is at committal stage. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner argued on merits, thereafter, he submitted that the appearance of the petitioner may be dispensed with. 4.As the matter is likely to be taken up before the jurisdictional court after the committal proceedings are over, the appearance of the petitioner need not be insisted until and unless the said Court requires his presence for conducting trial.
