ORDER
This petition is filed to condone the delay of 98 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.
2.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioner. Though Mr.J.Pooventhera Rajan, learned counsel entered appearance on behalf of the respondents 1 to 11 as caveator, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents 1 to 11.
3.However, Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 98 days, however, on payment of costs.
