ORDER

The petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents, particular, the 4th respondent, to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 4.3.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law and also file the final report.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that no complaint has been received by the respondent, though the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to present a complaint in person to the 2nd respondent on 16.06.2015 in person along a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the 4th respondent is directed to look into the same and conclude the enquiry, within a period of six weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
