ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.02.2020 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 of I.P.C., in Crime No.38 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that even though the petitioner was arrested, subsequently, he was released on bail by the learned Sessions Judge, on 23.03.2020, due to corona virus impact and therefore, nothing survives in this petition.

3.
