ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in CRL.OP (MD).No.3055 of 2025 dated 19.02.2025 to surrender before the Superintendent, Central Prison, Madurai on 27.02.2025 at or before 5.00 p.m., instead of Officer-inCharge, District Prison, Theni.

2. Mr.N.Venkatesh, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is admitted in Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai for surgery and still taking treatment. He further submits that today i.e., 27.02.2025, the operation is going to be performed to the petitioner. Hence, he prays to grant further time to comply with the order dated 19.02.2025.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and time is extended till 03.03.2025 to comply with the order passed by this Court in CRL.OP(MD).No.3055 of 2025 dated 19.02.2025. The petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent, Central Prison, Madurai on 03.03.2025 on or before 5.00 p.m.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the interim2/4

bail granted by this Court in CRL.OP(MD).No.3055 of 2025 dated 19.02.2025 is extended.

6. Post the main petition on 03.03.2025.
