RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition in para 6(c) imposed on the petitioner by this Honble court in Crl O.P (MD) NO. 22950 of 2022 dated 13.02.2023 and pass such further or other orders Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ALEXANDER J, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.M.ANBUNITHI, Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 6 (c) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.22950 of 2022 dated 13.02.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was threatened by the respondent police.

4. It is case for the offence under section 302 of IPC and since the presence of the petitioner is required by the respondent for investigation the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police, hence this Court is not inclined to modify the said condition.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
