PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, directing the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioners, on the basis of the alleged complaint given by the third respondent i.e., Devi Sankari @ Dhivya, D/o. Sankararaman dated not known.

O R D E R

As per order order passed by this Court on 23.04.2018, both the parties have appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench and a settlement has been arrived at between the parties and to that effect, a Mediation Report was also filed on 25.06.2018. Subsequently the case was listed on 04.07.2018 for appearance of the parties. On that date, the third respondent appeared before the Court, but the petitioners did not make their appearance. Hence, at the request of the petitioners, this case is listed today for the appearance of the petitioners or for the appearance of the power agent of the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Today, the first petitioner is present before the Court. The second petitioner has appointed the first petitioner as her power of attorney vide the deed dated 09.07.2018. Therefore, the first petitioner, being the power of attorney of the second petitioner has made his appearance before the Court. The third respondent has already appeared before this Court on 04.07.2018. 3.A perusal of the Mediation Report dated 25.06.2018 would disclose that both parties appeared before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench and arrived at an amicable settlement and to that effect, a Settlement Agreement has also been effected on 25.06.2018. The learned counsel for both sides have also counter-signed the Settlement Agreement. The said Mediation Report along Settlement Agreement dated 25.06.2018 shall form part of this order.

4.Recording the above Mediation Report and Settlement Agreement dated 25.06.2018, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
