ORDER

The writ petitioner's mother namely Lakshmi passed away on 16.03.2011. According to the petitioner, her mother died leaving behind five legal heirs ( 3 sons and 2 daughters). The petitioner wants Legal Heirs Certificate indicating all the five legal heirs.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that if the petitioner makes an online application by enclosing all the relevant documents, the third respondent will issue the certificate based on the record within a period of four weeks, thereafter.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
