ORDER

The instant contempt petitioner has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 02.09.2024, made in W.P(MD)No.20363 of 2024, wherein this Court has directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.09.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

2.In compliance of the order of this Court, the respondent has issued proceedings, on 19.11.2024, acceding to the request of the petitioner, but has pointed out any further decision could be taken only based upon the finance committee decision. Therefore, the order of this Court has been complied with. In case, if the petitioner is aggrieved over this order, she is always at liberty to challenge the same.
