O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed seeking enhancement of maintenance from the respondent by the wife and children. 2.During negotiation, it came to light that only on account of the RCOP proceedings in R.C.O.P.No.10 of 2011, there was impediment for reunion. The respondent herein has agreed to vacate the property concerned in R.C.O.P.No.10 of 2011 by 09.02.2016. If that is executed, as per the undertaking given by the respondent, the wife and children are likely to join the husband.

3.The undertaking memo filed by the respondent is recorded. In the event of the respondent not vacating the premises by 09.02.2016 and in the event of re-union not happening between the couples as agreed, then the respondent will be liable to pay Rs.2,000/- p.m. to each of the petitioners 2 and 3 from 01.03.2016.
