ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings pending against the petitioners in C.C.No.233 of 2017, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Vadipatti, Madurai District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent that the petitioners are no more and the death certificates were also produced before the trial Court and the charges against them are abated.

3. In view of the above said submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
