ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A5 in Crime No.372 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.04.2015 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 3(1), 4(2)(c), 5(1)(c) ITP Act 1956 @ 370(2) ITP and 3(1), 4(2)(c), 5(1)(a), 5(1)(c), 6(1)(b), 6(3), (a), 7(2)(a) of ITP Act 1956, and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 17.04.2015 A1 to A3 have induced the de-facto complainant for prostitution. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that A1 to A4 were already arrested and released on bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner has no bad antecedent and the other accused were https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ arrested and released on bail.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul and on further condition the the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
