ORDER

The petitioners challenge the impugned summons issued by the first respondent herein.

2.It is seen that the second respondent has given a complaint against the petitioners herein. Based on the same, the first respondent has summoned all the three petitioners. It appears that the first petitioner is the appropriate person to answer the queries that may be raised by the first respondent herein. Therefore, it is not necessary for the petitioners 2 and 3 to appear. 3.The first petitioner shall appear before the first respondent on 23.03.2020 at 10.30 a.m., and co-operate in the enquiry. If the first petitioner has to appear on more than one occasion, he shall do so. If the first respondent is satisfied with the response of the first petitioner, he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4719 of 2020 may close the enquiry also. If the first respondent herein is constrained to register an FIR, the first respondent will intimate the petitioners herein and give them sufficient breathing time to move the Court either for quashing or for anticipatory bail.

4.With this directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
