The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents made a submission that against the order passed in the writ petition, a writ appeal has been filed in W.A(MD)No.2018 of 2021 and the same is pending.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the first respondent College has submitted a proposal, which is under consideration. However, the fact remains that the writ appeal is pending. However, it is made clear that after the disposal of the writ appeal, if necessary, the petitioner is at liberty to restore the contempt petition.
