ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as second accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 509 of I.P.C r/w Section 4 of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.133 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 30.05.2015, the first accused had entered into the house of the defacto complainant and informed her that the accused 2 and 3 have made adverse comments against her, which was also recorded in a cell phone.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a civil dispute existing between the accused party and the defacto complainant and therefore, they have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a school going student and other accused were already arrested and released on bail. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

5. Considering the nature of the allegations and the submissions made, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aundipatti and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 06.00 p.m. until further orders. 7.
