ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 188, 324 of IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act.

2.The matter is presently being investigated by C.B C.I.D. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent police would submit that as of now the petitioner has not been fixed as accused. He on instructions would further undertakes that the petitioner would be given notice under Section 41 A of Cr.PC. The petitioner would then have a breathing time to approach this Court for relief.
