2 SUB APLC.(MD)NO.93 OF 2026 Prayer:To Appoint an Advocate Commissioner in respect the subject Road Survey No.82/1,82/2 and 80 Thathampatti Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District and to locate the several encroachments in the portion of the road on the either side and report with measurements, extent of encroachment and status and the names of the encroachments with appropriate sketch in the High Court and thus render justice.

Mr.K.Shanmuga Raja, Advocate, Enrl.No.1396/2005, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, Cell No.9894892890 is appointed as an Advocate Commissioner to inspect the property in question. Remuneration is fixed at Rs.15,000/-(Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) and to be paid by the petitioner. The report shall be submitted by 01.04.2026. Call this case on 01.04.2026.
