Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in the petition mentioned house property.

The petitioner has given a representation dated 31.12.2018 in this regard.

3. The respondent is directed to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 31.12.2018 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after putting notice to the petitioner and other interested parties on notice. 4.It is made clear that it is open to the respondent to pass orders in one way or other. This Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter.
