2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 17.02.2016, the respondent police registered FIR in Crime No.90 of 2016 under Sections 147, 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC, on 28.07.2016.
