PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to grant permission to the petitioner for conducting "Innisai Katcheri Programme" show at the evening hours on 22.04.2018 in the light of Santhana Mariyamman Temple Festival, at Therku Pulimaankulam Village, Karaisuthi Puthur Post, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

************ This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to grant permission to the petitioner for conducting "Innisai Katcheri Programme" show at the evening hours on 22.04.2018 in the light of Santhana Mariyamman Temple Festival, at Therku Pulimaankulam Village, Karaisuthi Puthur Post, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Admittedly, the representation dated 23.04.2018, has not been submitted either by a Member of Temple Festival Committee or by the Secretary of the Festival Committee, but, it has been submitted by the petitioner in his individual capacity and therefore, this Court cannot entertain this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, if any representation is made either by a member of Vizha Kuzhu or the Trustee or the organization, the same shall be considered by the second respondent on or before 21.04.2018 as merits and in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
