ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the Transfer Order No.Thi. 4/755/2020-1 dated 22.02.2024 passed by the first respondent. 2.An undertaking affidavit filed by the petitioner indicates that the petitioner has a minor daughter, who is studying 5th std., and that she undertakes to join the transferred place at the end of the present academic year. 3.The said undertaking is taken on record. The order of transfer that has been passed by the first respondent, dated 22.02.2024, shall be kept in abeyance till 31.05.2026.

4.With the aforesaid observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Index : Yes / No 07.11.2025 Internet : Yes / No mm 2/4
