(Notice to the respondents 1 to 4 may dispensed with as they are set exparte by the trial Court) Prayer: This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned District Munsif, Thuraiyur to expedite and dispose the case in O.S.No.126 of 2016 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to issue a direction to dispose of O.S.No.126 of 2016 pending on the file of District Munsif Court, Thuraiyur within the time as stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners as plaintiffs filed the suit in O.S.No.126 of 2016 for the relief of declaration and permanent injunction against the respondents for the suit schedule property. In the above said suit, 5th respondent has filed the written statement on 04.07.2017 and respondents 1 to 4 were set exparte on 05.04.2017 and the matter was referred to the Lok-Adalath on 04.07.2017. C.R.P.(MD) No.576 of 2021 issues were framed on 06.04.2017 and the case was posted for trial on 10.08.2018. The grievance of the petitioners is that the suit is filed in the year 2016 and it was pending for trial till date without any progress. Hence, the petitioners have come forward with this Civil Revision Petition seeking early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.126 of 2016.

3. Since this Civil Revision Petition is filed for early disposal of the Suit, as no adverse order is going to be passed, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2016, this Court feels that ends of justice would be met by directing the Court below to dispose of the suit within a time frame. Without adverting to the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the learned District Munsif, Thuraiyur to dispose the suit in O.S.No.126 of 2016 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
